Personality: (-) Negative / (+) Positive

The major base of Satsuki Kiryuin is that she is a highly driven individual, constantly collected and focused on fulfilling her ambitions. (-) She doesn't shy away from anything that she feels must be done in order to make circumstances favorable for her, whether it's through violence, bribery, or acting as a decoy. Even when having to don the Kamui Junketsu---which not only is potentially life threatening, but its armored form leaves her nearly naked---Satsuki treats the matter like nothing. No matter the consequences, Satsuki stands firm and never feels shame over her actions, because it is the path she chose to walk and she will continue on it. As long as it furthers her goals, she will even gladly take on the title of "villain" and (both figuratively and literally) stab her own mother in the back. Her mother is possessed by evil immortal cloth aliens, but still. Pretty brutal.

As the President of the absurdly powerful Student Council in Honnouji Academy and Honnou Town by extension,Satsuki displays herself as a ruthless dictator. She claims that the masses are merely pigs in human clothing, driven by disgusting instincts and must be controlled by the elite, which is shown through the Social Darwinist approach to her regime. The strong and loyal are rewarded, while the weak and rebellious are punished. (-) She is merciless, not holding back even against opponents weaker than her, and isn't opposed to using corporal punishment to further emphasize her intolerance to failure. According to Satsuki, the ultimate thing that moves a person than anything in the world is fear itself.

She treats everything with a military motif, even right down to choosing gakuran and seifuku styles for the Academy's uniforms due to their association with the military. Additionally, her entire demeanor feels much like a military commander: Satsuki is poised, patient, and calculated, rarely showing any emotion besides a perpetual frown or hot-blooded authority. She is quick to take charge of situations and lead effectively, her overwhelming charisma and leadership skills makes it only feel natural. She seems to lack a sense of humor; even in less tense situations she remains serious. Her pride and willpower are absolutely unshakeable; it is because of her pride being so strong that she is able to put it aside when the situation counts. Even when her plans backfire and she faces unfavorable situations, her pride does not waver, and she merely gets back on her feet to tackle the problem once more. Even facing both physical and sexual abuse by her mother most of her life, as well as being imprisoned and tortured for a month doesn't make her waver.

Satsuki is highly intelligent and constantly thinking of her next move, always having a contingency plan behind even more contingency plans. Mom is planning total global annihilation? Pretend to be on her side for the entire thing and strike when the opportunity rises. That doesn't work? That's fine, she rigged the stadium to blow up. That doesn't work and she gets captured, stripped, and caged? No problem, she surgically replaced the nails of her big toes with blades so she can make an escape when the opportunity arises. (-) However, her pragmatism means that her strategic decisions lack a humane factor to them. From this current canon point, Satsuki believes that to accomplish her goals, she must not hesitate in using people as pawns. As she does not want to waste her time with "half-baked allies," she does not openly treat those her oppose her reign with welcome, even if their goals of destroying the Life Fibers align. She constantly throws the best of her army at them, with the hope they they will go stronger and test their usefulness to her when the time comes. And if they perish? It's fine, then that meant they were useless to her anyway.

However, despite her unrelenting cruelty for the sake of the greater good, Satsuki isn't a completely heartless person. (+) Deep down, there is some kindness and good intentions, even when not counting her ultimate goal of saving the world from Life Fibers. Though subtle, she is supportive of her Four Devas, slightly more lenient to their failures. While she does not hesitate in demoting and stripping other students of their Goku uniforms when they fail their missions, Satsuki does not demote them, and provides improved Goku uniforms to them when they show resolve. As someone who dislikes people making excuses upon failure, Satsuki is shown to award respect to those who exhibit strong will, resolve, and courage even in the face of an adverse situation. She's also surprisingly considerate, secretly made arrangements for all students to have bright futures set up for them once the war with her mother was over. She also avoids cruelty and deaths that she deems unnecessary; once rescuing a student from jumping off a building, stopping her subordinate from committing honorable suicide in the face of a loss, and merely rescues and covers up Ryuko when the latter loses her Kamui uniform.

In summary, while Satsuki is pretty much a totalitarian asshole, there are redeeming qualities about her that prevent her from being a complete monster.

Powers and Abilities:
Combat Prowess: Satsuki is a skill fighter, being able to take down many opponents even before gaining Junketsu. She has incredible strength, agility, and reflexes; being able to sense attacks from behind at ease. Though she mainly uses swords in battle, she is shown to be decent in hand-to-hand combat, not hesitating to use her fists, and being able to fight her way out of imprisonment despite being unarmed and stripped naked. Even then, she is also capable of improvising anything as a weapon, with one colleague half-jokingly stating she could kill him with a teacup... and minutes later she demonstrates how she could. At one point, she caused a crowd of men to go flying just by shouting at them and expanding her chi.

Kamui Junketsu: A living uniform made of 100% Life Fibers. While it is more durable-than-average in its dormant state, Satsuki can activate it by allowing it to draw blood from her body through built-in needles, granting her even more superhuman strength and durability to devastational levels. Satsuki can also manipulate the pauldrons on her shoulders to become useful tools like drills and grappling hooks. However, due to her merely taming the uniform through sheer force of will, there are drawbacks. Since the user's blood is required to use its abilities, Satsuki risks collapsing from anemia if she uses Junketsu's activated mode for too longer and/or loses too much blood during battle. Additionally, since the Kamui uniform is actively trying to consume her, having to mentally fight that off puts additional great strain on her body. Though clothing made with Life Fibers are resistant to being cut and pierced by normal means, blunt force trauma can still be a thing. Finally, since Junketsu is very much alive, it has potential to run off and try eat people if she takes it off and leaves in unattended.

Secret Sword Bakuzan: A katana with made with a special type of black steel. It's sharp enough to cut through Life Fibers. Other than it being absurdly sharp, there's little else about it. Satsuki also had her big toenails surgically replaced with blades made of the same material just in case.

Willpower: I won't get into her ridiculous amount of persistence here since I put it in the personality section, but Satsuki's incredible willpower and authority likes to manifest itself as a blinding light that radiates out of her. It's supposedly metaphorical but based other characters' reactions it's actually happening because KLK is weird like that.
